Eligibility for ICWA care and support
Kanda is a registered provider under the Motor Vehicle (Catastrophic Injuries) Act 2016 and proudly supports individuals through the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA) Catastrophic Injury Support Scheme.
Under this Act, catastrophic injuries include:
- Spinal cord injuries.
- Traumatic brain injuries.
- Multiple amputations.
- Severe burns.
- Permanent traumatic blindness.
