Eligibility for icare care and support
Insurance and Care NSW (icare) is a government agency that provides care and support to individuals with long-term care needs, helping to improve their quality of life.
You may be eligible for icare care and support if you:
- Have been seriously injured at work or on the roads in NSW.
- Are an NSW homeowner or builder.
- Are covered under an applicable insurance scheme as a result of your injury.
icare operates and provides services under the following NSW Government insurance and care schemes:
- Workers’ Care (WC)
- Lifetime Care (LTC)
- Compulsory Third Party Care (CTP)
- Dust Diseases Care (DDC).
